State Farm’s belief has always been to take care of our insureds through service. I have always felt if we take care and service our insureds, treat them how we expect to be treated and this is our goal. As an agent I feel the most important aspect is to review coverages, educate our insureds, and let them make the decisions on the coverages they need and can afford. The insurance industry has and is changing, and reviewing your coverage and knowing what you have is very important.
